After he left like that, he had not returned by 10 am on October 22 and contact was lost, so family members filed a missing person report at the police station, it is said.

In the afternoon of October 22, the 24-year-old motorbike taxi driver Ko Phyo was found dead with injuries west of the Zarit Chaung garbage dump in Myawaddy town, it is known.

People are speculating that the two who rented the motorbike taxi took him to an isolated place, killed Ko Phyo and fled with the motorbike, and at present investigations are still ongoing to arrest the perpetrators, it is known.
