Within September 29 and 30, traffic accidents occurred in succession in Patheingyi, Wundwin, and Yamethin townships in Mandalay Region, leaving three men injured and also causing road blockages, according to a statement from the Fire Services Department.

Around 1:30 PM today, September 30, a traffic accident occurred near Nguetaung village in Patheingyi Township, on the downhill lane of the old Mandalay-Pyin Oo Lwin road at milepost 10 miles 1 furlong, and two men were trapped inside the car, it is known.

The Patheingyi Township fire station went and carried out the rescue, and the two injured men were transported to Mandalay General Hospital by the ambulance of the Cetana Mon social assistance association, and their condition is not critical, it is known.

In addition, at about 5 PM on September 29, near Shwemyinttaung in Sandi Seinkone village, Yamethin Township, a car crashed into a tree and one man was trapped in the driver's cabin, so the Yamethin fire brigade had to go and rescue him, it is said.

Because the man was severely injured and in a critical condition, he had to be urgently transported to the 1,000-bed General Hospital in Nay Pyi Taw by the vehicle of the Anhnaingmetta social assistance association, it is known.
