Russia disrupts Starlink satellite internet system to counter Ukraine's drone attacks

Ukrainian drone unit members have revealed that Russia is disrupting the Starlink satellite internet system and concealing military equipment by transporting it in civilian vehicles to prevent Ukraine's strategic drone attacks.

Russian forces have suffered significant setbacks due to Ukraine's drone operations, which use Elon Musk's SpaceX Starlink satellite internet system to precisely strike targets deep behind the front lines.

According to Ukraine's Ministry of Defense, Russia is now using electronic jamming systems called Volna Kupol Garant to destabilize Starlink satellite internet connections.

However, these jamming systems have become key new targets for Ukrainian drone units. Currently, Ukraine's 422nd Drone Regiment, in cooperation with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), has reportedly destroyed two such systems.

On the other hand, Elon Musk has cut off internet connections to prevent Russian forces from using Starlink satellite internet for drone attacks.

Neither SpaceX nor the Russian Ministry of Defense have yet responded to these reports.
