A man drowned while swimming in the Ngwe Ngan reservoir on Mya Mya Nga Moe Road in Ngan Tha Siddhi Ward, Zabu Thiri Township, Naypyidaw, at around 12 noon yesterday, September 9, it is learned.

Ko Htin Lin, 27, a science and technology (computer instructor), drowned while swimming in the Ngwe Ngan reservoir on Mya Mya Nga Moe Road in Ngan Tha Siddhi Ward after drinking with friends.

The body of Ko Htin Lin, who drowned, was found at past 1 pm yesterday, September 9, and was sent to the Naypyidaw 1,000-bed People's Hospital, according to Ko Soe Moe, an official of the Soe Moe Thu Philanthropic Social Assistance Association.
