There are more than 300 caddies at the said golf course, and the golf course manager named Major Phone Kyaw is ordering the caddies to also do cleaning work that is not related to them, while falsely reporting to superiors that cleaning workers are being fed, embezzling the wages, and has already become wealthy, it is known.

"When he transferred in as the golf course manager, he was at the rank of captain. When he first transferred in, he came to work on a battered little motorcycle. Now he has been serving as manager for more than 10 years. He orders the caddies to do cleaning work, and to superiors he falsely reports the worker lists. With that alone, after more than ten years, he has become extremely wealthy. In Dekkhina, besides a house and garden, he also owns a large garden of more than 3 acres behind the Water Blue drinking water factory. With his major's salary, he could never have bought these things," a Water Blue Golf Course caddy staff member told MyoTaw.

Officers who have to serve as managers at the Water Blue Golf Course usually transfer to other places when they are promoted, but the current manager, Major Phone Kyaw, has not been transferred and, by coordinating with senior officials, has been serving as manager for more than 10 years, it is said.

"He is also quite close to the senior officials. After becoming wealthy, he bribed them and got in with them. Golf course manager U Kyaw Soe and Phyo Wai Zaw are also eating together with him," another caddy staff member said further.

In addition, it is known that Major Phone Kyaw threatened that if he finds out who reported him, he will hire people and have them killed, and that because he also has acquaintances within the PDF, he will accuse the person who reported him of being a dalan and inform the PDF to have them killed.
