The forecast until tomorrow morning indicates scattered rain with thunderstorms in Mandalay Region, Lower Sagaing Region, and Kayah State; fairly widespread rain in Magway Region and Northern Shan State; and widespread rain with thunderstorms in other regions and states. Heavy rain is expected in some areas of Rakhine State, and in localized areas of Yangon Region, Bago Region, Ayeyawady Region, Tanintharyi Region, Kayin State, Mon State, and Eastern Shan State, with a 100% chance of rain.
The forecast for the next two days suggests that rain may continue to increase in Bago Region, Upper Sagaing Region, Ayeyawady Region, Tanintharyi Region, Kachin State, Kayin State, Chin State, Mon State, Rakhine State, and Shan State.
